I think this is a problem best solved with a proper support ticket with evidence of your mystery mob spawner. An admin will have to sort it out, I believe, so feel free to open a ticket at https://manacube.com/support/ and good luck with your spawner!

No need to worry about making a ticket, the issue has been passed onto Admins for fixing. In the future though, creating a ticket for any bugs or issues would be preferred.
