If you bought the 30day one, then it could have ran out?

It's working now but all I had to do was /claim thx. What does /claim do btw

If you bought a rank and a certain server reset, often times it does not carry your rank over. /Claiming just tells buycraft that you already paid for the item (rank in this case) and to give it to you again.
