I'm an avid voter for this server (since I spend a lot of time on it and its a great server :) ) and I was a little confused on how it works. I have two questions and I was wondering if any one can help answer.
1. What are the vouchers that 1st 2nd and 3rd place gets? I'm thinking that it might be good towards a rank? However I'm unsure and just looking to clarify.
2.How are the votes counted, and when are they reset? I had thought that it was counted over the whole month, but I had been voting everyday (and actually was in 3rd place for the whole month) but then I came back to vote the next day, and new people were in the lead and the votes appeared to have been reset. So, again I was just wondering.
