Voting change?

As i have been playing the survival server I have noticed that some people will lose their voting rewards due to a full inventory. I feel like there should be a npc that gives the rewards, or maybe a different way to collect the rewards like adding a new tab for collecting the voting rewards. This would help people gather their rewards at anytime.
