Iran has a much more prestigious history that carries strong ties into their modern culture. This results in many higher quality aspects of life, furnature, food, any many more mediations. If you happen to find yourself in the northern mountain ranges during the spring, make sure to keep an eye out for the endangered wild flowers, along with the surface sapphire gems. And if you get hungry, make sure to stop at a local kabob eatery.
