So, lets see:

Pig / Chicken / Cow / Spider / Zombie / Skeleton / ZPM / Creeper / Enderman
  • Spawner cost: $2,000,000 / $3,000,000 / $4,000,000 / $4,500,000 / $5,000,000 / $6,000,000 / $8,000,000 / $10,000,000 / $15,000,000
  • Money from one mob drop: $100 / $150 / $200 / $225 / $250 / $300 / $400 / $500 / $750
  • Money made per hour (1 spawner): $14,000 / $21,000 / $28,000 / $31,500 / $35,000 / $42,000 / $70,000 / $105,000
  • Hours taken to get $1,000,000: 71h / 48h / 36h / 32h / 29h / 34h / 18h / 14h / 9.5h / 4.8h
  • Money from drops / Spawner cost: 0.00005 (the same for all these spawners)
  • Hours taken to get money back (at 20 TPS): 142 hours (the same for all these spawners)
Blaze
  • Spawner cost: $30,000,000
  • Money from one mob drop: $1245
  • Money made per hour (1 spawner): $174,300
  • Money from drops / Spawner cost: 0.0000415
  • Hours taken to get money back (at 20 TPS): 170 hours (worst in the game)

Iron Golem
  • Spawner cost: N/A
  • Money from one mob drop: $2410
  • Money made per hour (1 spawner): $337,400
  • Hours taken to get $1,000,000: 2.96h

TL;DR
  • All spawners (except blaze) make the same amount of money per money spent on them, therefore it doesn't really matter what spawner you buy just don't buy blaze. (all spawners make you 0.007$/hour per $1 spent)
  • WHATEVER you do or buy it WILL take you 142 hours of AFKing to make back the money you spent (unless it's blaze spawners, they take 170 hours for some reason?). (Unless you bought your spawners with mana, that's a whole different story).

couple of issues with this but decent, I made a spreadsheet for this a while back, tbh it really varies on spawn rates

There’s one big issue with this. You addressed it, but for anyone who doesn’t know:
Olympus never runs at 20tps even with trench disabled. If you want to know how long it will take to make your money back on a set tps multiply the hours by 20/tps.

Olympus actually does run at 20tps most of the time without trench

Maybe so, but in my experience it runs lower. Yesterday it was running at 16 tps. Nothing wrong with your statement, just wanted to add some additional information. :)
Typically when the TPS gets lower than 20, it’s usually around the time a reboot is about to happen or is due, to my knowledge. Most of the time yesterday, I noticed that the TPS was at around 19.98 - 20, it may just be that we were online at different times, but I think without trench at the moment, the server is doing a lot better TPS wise.

Anyway! this is a great post @Heeeeeeeeeeeeeee, thank you for taking the time to create it. Very informative when deciding which spawners to use if making money from them is your goal!

see, the problem is.... cacti will always conquer spawners. It's just ALOT of work.

But with that said, I'm personally planning on doing a cacti farm to sky limit, with just enough room saved for an endermen grinder. The players that have it unlocked currently talk about how profitable it is. I'd like to get in on that haha.
