Why cant brushes be put back in?

If brushes were removed because of grief it should at least be a donor perk because who would buy a donor rank just to greif and can someone please explain to me what happened and why brushes were all of a sudden a greifing tool they would be fine and when you did it a the corner of a plot it would work fine. soooooooooo please explain what happened in brief detail because I don't understand what happened.

Brushes can be a griefing tool, and that can create a problem, but spamming of the hoe can cause immense lag. I still think brushes should be added back in, but limit the brush size to 3 or 4, hence causing less lag. I think the lag was the main reason the admin's took it out, not the griefing.

Brushes can be added back at any time now. They were removed due to a bug I discovered having to do with a masked brush where it could be used outside of a plot. I asked Dacon to remove them so I could do further testing. I've asked him and Dylan several times to add them back but just not //mask, but neither of them have done anything about it yet >.<
