Why Don't I Get Voting Keys?

When I vote for the server I get my gems on SkyBlock and all that but on parkour i rarely ever get given Voting Keys? Am I doing something wrong? Can somebody help please :P

If you aren't on Parkour when you vote you don't get keys or gems. It's a bug and I believe it is being worked on atm.
