Winter Key Item Glitch

So i got some winter Keys and so far 3 of them have not given what they where suppose to. 2 of them where 30 levels of exp, they both only gave 2. The 3rd is the title Ice King and that never dropped.

2 keys where supposed to give 30 levels of exp. they only gave 2 levels worth of exp. yes I'm shure it's levels of exp and not 20 exp. also IGN is AlinaFicalton. I think it might have been the Sky King title, I just know there's a king and queen one of the title and you can buy em both on the e-store

So i got more sky keys, and im pissed. I got 2 more skyking titles and neater of them dropped. The 30 levels of exp is a glitch because i just got 60 levels and it gave me 24. Lastly, (the thing im pissed about) is i landed on the wings itemdrop..... and it gave me a dia chestplate.....
