Found this in a random village. They were laying in weird places and moving around while still laying down :D

It says I have 4 kills for it and I have never been in the PVP area though.

I am trying to fulfill the requirements to get the 6th prestige, which says to "slay 100 drowned". It currently says I have done 4/100, but I just sat there and killed at least 50+ and it didn't register any of them. Am I doing something wrong? Do I need to "slay" them a certain way? No one else...
