    Smoke Kill Effect

    So my IGN is MyPPisMicro and I killed 25 people with bounties so I went to go claim my milestone for the 25, I got the money pouch right away but not the kill effect. I logged out then logged back in still didn't have it then went to sleep for 8hrs+ then woke up and I still don't have it, please...
