Robo has been spamming for such a long time. Please someone help out!

I really like this idea! It could help out the creative chat a lot! However it would be kind of hectic. What if, for example, someone was spamming in a public chat like roleplay, and no mod was there? I like this idea but I think we need to get another mod. I also posted a thread on this...
