I got my rank in my username blueypurple but in all servers expect kitpvp

I purchased a lot of things cubits and keys and a rank I got everything expect the rank yet been over 20mins so far

I used a potion from the crate, and sadly the booster doesnt work, drank it and showed in chat it was activated but I havent got double exp neither money, Done it mulitple times and calculated it on my paper, I done 200 kills in almost 30mins and not a single kill got double money.
