So here's my problem: Before the server rank change, where all the ranks got compressed from 5-6 to 3-4 ranks, I had a Premium rank. So, when the change came around due to the EULA, I got automatically given the VIP rank, which I am grateful for. However, the store doesn't seem to recognize that...

In Creative, I'm stuck in an end portal, I can't type or exit minecraft, adn I can't do commands, If someone can contact a mod, and get them to get me out somehow, I will be very much obliged.
