Yea i used it to get vast. So what it does, it basically doesn't give u 70% off since there was already 40% off it gives u 30% off to equal 70%. It wouldn't make sense to add the already given 40% off and the awarded 70% because that would end up giving u 110% which makes no sense because...

Do u have anyone you know that would be fine with them using your credit card in return you pay them. If not then were you perma banned, if you were the only way is to appeal.

I don't really know you but if you have an older sibling or Anyone with a credit card you can give them your money in return you get to use their credit card for an unban. This is what I did cause my parents don't really like me buying things online so I just payed my brother the money in return...

Yes but they also have blaze spammers which drop almost equivalent amount of exp. But blazes also have many other purposes so I can see why it was removed previously.
