I think anyone below the "Skilled" rank OR players with less than 10 hours shouldn't be allowed to talk in chat. I'd say 90% of the hate and toxicity in the chat is due to new players or "noob" ranked players that join servers and be toxic just for the sake of being toxic. The parkour chat is...
