It's random when getting exp now and when I do, It's only the default 6 exp (Tested on spiders). I killed 20 and only got 36 exp.

I don't know what you mean but I tested the enchant along with several other people it didn't work for any of us. We tried reporting it to moderators and admins but they didn't care enough to do anything about it.

Its been an issue for quite some time now but I thought I'd leave this here so you know that we're still waiting for it to be fixed.
