A relatively new player here but welcome back :) Hope you have a good time on the server!

I spend a lot of my time in Hades and don't get nearly as much exp as I would get from the mob grinders. I like your idea especially because there are rebirths for killing Hades mobs (1,500 for example) and it will definitely feel more rewarding when you take into account time spent.
