I mentioned in the original post that if a player didn't have Guard rank or higher within their town that they can't be killed in a siege unless they attack a siege or enter the banner radius.
SVAs are free and are meant to be better than normal items. I am completely F2P and have 15 SVAs and have opened 40+ crates. You also don't lose items if you die in a siege lol.
There is already an incentive for having a big town, you get more space to build stuff and for each member you have you get 4 chunks of claims. The PvP situation on Earth is the biggest issue that must be addressed.

Also I've said that in exchange for this being added that the peaceful cost would be removed if that's what you're talking about with the 280k down the drain
