Yea dude, this is exactly how i feel it should be. every couple of hours theres a different event and also smaller chat events withing the couple of hours. The rewards could be along the lines of spawners, mana or custom enchants that can only be won from certain events.

I completely agree! I think that TNT should be removed from the /shop as it has no purpose. Another thing is that if you remove it from /shop then there should be no other way of obtaining it which will stop anybody from being able to use any sort of glitches.

I think that leaving /pay out of the server is a great idea, as it stops higher players from just easily boosting members to max ranks. Helping out starting out players by giving them a strategy is perfectly fine but I think that the mana currency system in place is definitely a better way to go...
