I just deem it wrong to not be able to correct the offense if there is correcting that can be done before a ban, you see what I'm saying?

Can you guys dish out a warning perhaps? It is completely unfair and sometimes full of misunderstandings. Warnings should be given and then if the warning is ignored, then take extensive action.
