Is there literally ANY info about when the season is ending?

Every time I go on my plot it glitches out from under me (video below). Any way to fix this?

I asked this on the server, but I got two different answers. Does the primordial pick survive over rebirth? I assume that it does but since I found out that it doesn't save over the season change I'm trying to be a little more cautious.

I've asked multiple on the server about this, but no ones' actually told me... So, can anyone tell me how to make a cactus farm? Edit: I think I've got most of it down, I just don't know how it auto sells. Do you have to get an infinite chest?

So I bought the primordial pickaxe, not realising that it resets with the season (which is so stupid btw), and once people told me that, I asked them what I could do about it. They said that items in the season vault transfer over, so I put it in there. And now, whenever I try to get it out...

So I used to play the Olympus Aether prison all the time, but I stopped playing a few months ago. I came back a couple of days ago and literally everything I had is gone. My rank is reset, I don't have my plot, money, everything. Even the Poseidon tag I bought disappeared. I'm at a loss. Is it...
