This could be a portal linking issue you might need to remove some portals in the overworld and in the nether so your portal can link to one in the nether properly. (hope this helps)

Next time be a little bit more careful and if you delete your party take the more valuable things so you don't lose too much but I'm sorry this happened to you. ):

Just ask around and see what people are selling/buying them for and make a price that is best suited for what you have heard but id say about 3 mil is the best.
