helplost my stuff

so in the past to weeks my armor just disappeared and its not because of breaking dropping or failed enchants i lost (all diamond) 1 chestplate 1 legging 1 boots (bunny boots :( (iron)) and 3 helmets. for the quests i did the kill 10k mobs quest but got nothing pls help
