Add Command To Stop Using /Coinflip

I feel like a good portion of the server has a gambling addiction lol and recently I saw some players in aether suggesting that admins should have the command to stop players from /coinflip. obviously this would be a player commitment. and could be reversed but I think that this would definitely be a good idea that could be implemented

Hi!

As much as players ask to be able not to use the /coinflip command I more see it as a joke to be honest. The coinflip is a really fun new feature for players to be on the edge of their seat and I believe players enjoy this feature more they want to say. It is up to the player to learn self control of when to stop.

Also, the only reason this command would be disabled is if there was an exploit to come of it X.x So if that happens feel free to make a support ticket/message a staff about it so it can taken care of :D
