Why do you want to become staff?
I enjoy moderating communities and have a great love for the factions gamemode, i believe that i can bring my prior knowledge and a willing to further develop my skills in Moderation and if applicable community management.
How long have you played on ManaCube?
I have played on ManaCube for a total of 100 hours, none of which were afk as i am always at my computer or it is off.
How many hours a week can you dedicate to Manacube?
I am able to dedicate at least 30 hours per week to Manacube, generally i will be on longer but 30 is the rough estimate.
What skills do you feel you have that will help the server?
I have previous Management and Moderation experience in both Minecraft Servers, and Discord Communities. This experience will allow me to adapt to any situation and provide insight.
What experiences have you had which could help you as staff?
I have a vast set of experience Managing and Moderating communities, this includes the following for Discord,
- OCE.gg
-- Valorant OCE (30k members)
-- Fortnite OCE (39k members)
-- Call of Duty OCE (5k members)
-- Apex Legends OCE (15k members)
-- New World OCE (1k members)
- YouTuber Discords
-- FakeJake (6k members)
-- Bashurverse (Very long time ago)
- My own communities
-- Syrus (For my Discord bot | 50 members)
-- Hey Kids (1k members)

What three attributes distinguish yourself from other players that qualify you to be a helper?
Previous experience aside, i am able to handle tough situations and no matter the time i will always remain calm and collected. I have been playing Factions for 5 years and am able to bring previous Factions knowledge to the staff team.
Please explain what you believe the role of a staff member is.
Staff set an example of what the ideal player should be doing and ensure fair play for all players on ManaCube free from discrimination and harassment
Are you able to use recording software?
Yes. Currently i use OBS and Nvidia Shadowplay
Anything else we should know?
I am a regular Factions player, i am currently in a WFH environment and my job gives me plenty of time to moderate communities.
