Hello,
Here on Manacube, we do not allow auto fishing, afk fishing, afk machines, or any machine that can when in doubt give you an advantage from the game, whether that be getting fish more efficiently at the same time blocking the afk timeout, or an afk water pool machine.
To answer the question of course, yes it is bannable. You will first get a warning and the machine removed, then if continued and rebuilt it will result in a ban.
Also, though I do understand it is not a cheat or even a client for that matter, it is still not allowed.
