Cant upload PFP for Forums

Not sure why I keep getting this error when I try to upload any pic for my PFP on here. I resized them so that they are 400 x 400 pixels.

I made them 700 x 700 and 1200 x 1200 didnt work. Tried PNG and JPEG might make a bug report.
