Hello SwagifiedGorilla,

I regret to inform you that your map is being rejected.
The theme is original, as we don't have any maps with a theme like this, so good job on that!
The build is accurate to what you were going for; however, it is a bit flat, and it somewhat resembles pixel art. I recommend if you're going to do a clock map, making a different structure or giving it more shape.
The parkour is also a concern. There is a decent amount of variety throughout, so good job on that! However; the length of the parkour is a bit long for the expert difficulty, and more fitting for the insane difficulty. However, the parkour is too easy so we can't make this an insane map. If you choose to resubmit, I recommend buffing the parkour to insane level, or shortening the map length.
