Or can you get them on the enchantment table too? 2) to progress to the next level of Town Quests, does the mayor need to click it? It's not progressing for myself (resident of the town) Thanks!

Click to expand... 1) you can get custom Enchants from purchasing from other players, MVP+ kits, or the enchanter. you can't get them from tables. 2) yes, and iirc only the mayor receives the rewards as well
