Didn't get item from Easter 20 Chest Key

Hi there, I just purchased a mystery key, got an easter key, and it said i won a builder wand, but i didn't actually get anything in my inventory (and no my inv wasn't full ) Please help, thanks.

I'm sorry to hear that happened. Can you please open a support ticket here - https://manacube.com/support/ and include a screenshot of it saying you won the builders wand in chat, so it can be given to you by an admin.

i don't have a screen shot, everyone was opening stuff and it was out of range before i knew i needed it
