Why do you want to become staff?
I have seen a lot of people on the server that are really nice, and I would love to be part of the staff team in order to help everyone. I feel very welcomed in the community, and think a good way to pay everyone back would be by applying for staff and give back. Every member of the staff team that I have met is very kind, responsive, and helpful, so I think that if I can add just a little that myself, everyone would benefit. Just doing parkour has been very helpful in getting me off competitive Minecraft servers, and that has done a lot for my mental health. There are also many people who are part of the community while being part of the staff team, and I really admire that as something that is different and positive that sets Manacube apart from other servers.

How long have you played on ManaCube?
I have played in short bursts for about a year, but feel that I can really dedicate a lot of time now.

How many hours a week can you dedicate to Manacube? 40+ Hours a week

What skills do you feel you have that will help the server?
I am very determined to help everyone, and I like to be part of leadership in a community. I am very respectful and kind, and am good at tolerating many things that would normally cause strife.

What experiences have you had which could help you as staff? I have moderated a few medium sized Discord servers, and ran my own server for about 6 months that didn't have much of a playerbase. I also led two clubs in my school; AV Tech, and Robotics. In addition, I am a member of the NHS, and have gained a lot of leadership knowledge from that society. In addition, I have led local nonprofit groups to collect donations for places like churches and community centers in order to help people that need help outside of Minecraft. I take education very seriously, but I don't think that will get in the way of my duties as staff on Manacube, and I truly feel that I can bring a lot of insight to this staff team.

What three attributes distinguish yourself from other players that qualify you to be a helper?
I can understand what a player is going through, and why they choose to do different things. I am also very willing to help with problems that people are having, even if they can't find out how to fix those problems themselves. I love learning about how administration systems work, and have taken sanctioned days off of school in order to further my knowledge on these systems, such as the US NEXUS system and how the application process for that works.

Please explain what you believe the role of a staff member is.
I believe that staff members should above all provide help and assistance to the community from the standpoint of a regular player. If new and veteran players alike feel comfortable asking a staff member for help, then I feel that the staff team has succeeded. I also understand the responsibilities of moderating and regulating things like chat and understand that people must follow the rules.

Are you able to use recording software? Yes

Anything else we should know?
I am ready to help anyone no matter if this application is rejected, and feel that anyone who helps players is as good of a member of the community as someone with a mod title next to their name.
