What is your suggestion: The ability to control whether or not a player can fly near you wherever. So the command would be /f stealth, if it's enabled, players can fly near you without them dropping out of fly unless they go into combat. If it's disabled, players would drop out of fly if they come near a player.
How would this help the server?: On most servers, players like to be able to fly near their friends that aren't in the same faction as them, with this command they can fly near each other if both have it enabled. Also when people go raiding, they want to appear as they are not there, if the faction being raided doesn't drop out of fly, they might not expect if they are getting raided right away.
Extra Notes: Servers today either toggle between enabled or disabled by doing the command /f stealth, or having options like /f stealth on and /f stealth off.
