Getting Banned for sleeping in a bed

I got banned for flying,and being supposed of using xray which is completely false... I applied to be a helper and i go back to join the server and I get welcomed to being accused/Banned for sleeping in a bed

I don't mean to be rude, but if you don't know how to make an appeal, you shouldn't apply for staff. If you have that little knowledge of the forums and how they work, I really don't think you're qualified for a staff position.
