Help I lost my rank and I DIDN'T Change my username

Help I played on minevast a lot yesterday and I grinded 400 gems to get to the "Good Rank" and I spent money on 200 gems. Anyway I bought the good rank yesterday and I had the rank and 0 gems of course because I just spent all 600 of them but now today I log on and I have 0 gems still and my Regular rank back PLEASE HELP my IGN: thegamer5g
