Step 1: Think of the build that you want to make.
Step 2: http://forums.manacube.com/threads/must-read-map-submission-information-format.649 read over the guide
Step 3: Build the course! (It's much much easier to build on creative rather than on singleplayer mode, of course, this is my opinion)
Step 4: Post a thread in the Parkour section using the submission format.
Step 5: Wait patiently until your build is getting reviewed by staff members.
