Shop -> Claim and Redeem -> Rewards -> Monthly VIP Reward (Add to Cart) -> Select Server -> Proceed to Checkout -> Click the boxes about accepting Terms & Conditions and Privacy Statement (Don't need to fill out any other info) -> A button to buy for free, I can't see what it's called currently. Then you should have your key in-game.
To make it a bit more vivid here some step by step pictures:
Go to the shop section on the ManaCube website with this link.
Click on "Claim and Redeem" and then on "Rewards".
After that you have to select the reward you want to claim. Since your highest donator rank is VIP, you have to stick with that. Go ahead and click "Add to Cart".
A new pop-up will show where you have to select on which server you want your reward to be claimed. Go ahead and choose.
After that I am not able to provide anymore pictures since I already have claimed mine.
