@49ersDude please try to keep all of your ideas in one post 
I played your map and this is my feedback:
THEME: taken. try to use a theme thats not taken next time!
BUILD: The build was alright, I felt like parts in the cave where you met grass again weren't faded, which means it was a very sudden transition from stone to grass.
PARKOUR: Parkour was repetitive, consisting mostly of just slabs and blocks.
OVERALL RATING

It's not @49ersDude 's map however Acid is trying to help A1thegamer make a better map next time.The theme is unoriginal so a bit of advice can really help.

Unfortunately, I will be Rejecting your map.
The theme isn't original, as there are many biome/nature themed maps already. I would recommend referring to the document in this thread - https://manacube.com/threads/parkour-list-with-theme.20194/ to make sure your map idea is original. (CTRL + F on windows and command + F on mac to search for specific themes)
The build isn't bad, it does look a bit strange from the exterior, but the details of the interior do look nice.
The parkour is quite repetitive. You did incorporate it into the build well, but it still felt a bit boring as most of it is normal block jumps, due to the nature of the build it would be difficult to change it significantly, but I would recommend experimenting with a few different blocks and items to create more enjoyable, original jumps.
The difficulty & length are good for an easy map, but it did feel a little bit short, so it might be nice if you extended that a bit more.
