If you have a donator rank you can claim that but unfortunately that is the only thing you will get back.

Yes, I can get your island back if you were the leader. Otherwise, the island leader can add you back. Just use /staff to see if I am in game and come get me. You can also ask online staff to send me a message to see if I can come online. Sometimes, I'm not at home and am not able to, but will do my best to return all I can.
