I am curious what determines the procentage of useful dust after from exchanging your custom enchants.
Is it that the more expensive custom enchant you exchanged influences you getting an usefull dust with a higher precentage, or is it just random.
like that you can get a useful dust with a little procentage (<5%) from a heroic custom enchant.
