Is Optifine lightmap allowed?

So I heard of this server in Dreams Unsolved Mystery of Minecraft's Longest Jump. And decided to join for parkour, but I've been wandering is optifine lightmap resourcepack allowed. It's a resource pack that toys with the light levels and makes everything seem bright as day even during the night. Is it allowed on this server?

As far as I'm aware, Fullbright and fullbright equivalents are all allowed, yes.
