So here's my problem:
Before the server rank change, where all the ranks got compressed from 5-6 to 3-4 ranks, I had a Premium rank. So, when the change came around due to the EULA, I got automatically given the VIP rank, which I am grateful for. However, the store doesn't seem to recognize that I have a VIP rank, since I bought Premium with gems years before. I want to upgrade to VIP+, but I don't feel I can pay the base amount of £40-80 (approx). So if there is a way to fix this problem, please let me know.
