Why do you want to become staff?
I feel like a moderation position for Manacube is the place for me due to my strong talking skills and quick thinking for solving problems, I also feel that my age is a benefit to the staff at Manacube.
How long have you played on ManaCube?
Since Mid-2024!
How many hours a week can you dedicate to Manacube? Weekdays Mostly 3pm to 12 AM Weekends: 12pm to 12AM
What skills do you feel you have that will help the server?
I feel like I would benefit to the Manacube Staff team due to my strong speaking skills and my ability to deal with tough situations, I also feel that my age would be a benefit to the staff team due to me being mostly around the ages of some of our players. I feel as if I could get along and understand them more than the rest due to their age and mine. Another trait or skill I have is my ability to get the truth out of someone, I will most likely always get the truth out of someone.
What experiences have you had which could help you as staff? I have been part of staff teams on many other Minecraft related servers, I’m sure I could get a good word from them. I have helped many people through tough times, I feel as if I understand them more than others due to my trauma I have experienced over the past couple of years, I know what it’s like to feel like some do, I have dealt with utter rage and just plain out disrespectful situations in previous moderation jobs.
What three attributes distinguish yourself from other players that qualify you to be a helper?
Three attributes:
Self determination:
Self determination has a lot to do with just me standing tall and taking pride for who I am and Defending others
Responsibility:
Responsibility takes a very important role in my life, you have to be able to take responsibility and the blame for your doings, I believe that lying is wrong and takes your life into spins.
Honesty:
I always just tell people that honesty is that key out of the box, if your stuck and don’t know what to do ask someone and be honest about not knowing how to do it, take that key and unlock the door to get out of the situation your in or lessen the consequences
Please explain what you believe the role of a staff member is.
A role of a staff member in my eyes is taking on the role of someone who has to care for and help many people, they have to deal with many altercations that happen due to the (people). A staff members Job is to make sure the community is a safe place for others to join in and have fun.
