Lost my rank.

On 26/02/2015, i donated twice, once for a rank on your parkour servers and again for a bag of gems, i received the purchases. I then lost the IP to your server, so i hadn't played in a while. In between the time of the donation and now, I've changed my name, when i donated, the username was Swaggin_, it is now Mango_00. I found the IP to the server again, and when i logged on i didn't have my rank or gems. I have the emails of the donation if you require any proof. I'd like my purchases back please.

Make sure you login to each Minevast server (Parkour, Creative, etc.) and then go to http://store.minevast.com/category/441815 and put in your new username. You should then be able to claim your rank for free.

I'm not sure about the gems. I'd suggest getting set up with your new username first. Then we can ask Dacon if anything can be done about the gems. What server were the gems for?
