Make Kit-PvP 1.7 compatible

Many people in the PvP community prefer 1.7 over 1.8. For this reason, MineVast should make Kit-PvP 1.7 compatible, until 1.9 comes out.

It is really up to the players on what they vote, but myself and many others would love Kit PvP to be 1.7 as well as 1.8

Sorry if this is dead, but this should be a thing. Hits in kitpvp are so shit right now and I can never land hits b/c 1.8 is bad for hit detection.

Well, technically you can play 1.7 with 1.8 blocks, but 1.7 would just replace the 1.8 blocks with something else.

It won't allow you on the server because on quick warp it says 1.8 only and I tried with 1.7 and it didn't let me on

Thats the problem. Theres a plug in that detects your version number of MC and if it's 1.7.X number, they won't allow you on. Or any server with 1.8 blocks. such as skywars, kitpvp, parkour and skyblock (I think ) But not prison, hence, it is not updated in a long time

Yep. It will soon be a 1.8+ server. But what about 1.9?? If it will update to 1.9, then this concerns PVP players such as Skywars and KitPVP players, since 1.9 has a "different" ways of battleling such as many kinds of arrows, shields etc.

i made a thread on it and i said that they shouldn't update it wich they shouldnt

I like 1.7 but this is a 1.8-1.9 server now so It's not needed anymore.

I like the 1.8 more than 1.7... You cant even log in with the 1.7

Most kitpvp servers are 1.8 and it does the job but 1.7 however is a lot better for pvp for a lot of reasons
1: Hit detection on 1.7 is better than 1.8
2: Block-hitting cant be done effectively on 1.8
3: Rods sometimes go through the player when rodding them back on 1.8
there are probably more things to it buti think kitpvp should be 1.7 even doe the 1.8 blocks look amazing in the new map
