Making /bean a thing ? (aether)

So, if you are on Aether commonly you might've noticed people joke around with /bean , which isn't a real command btw.
I was just wondering if we could make this a command on Olympus.

What would it do?
It would launch you into the air (23 blocks high) , but you won't take any fall damage.
There would be a cooldown of 6 minutes and chat would say : ' You've been BEANED! '.

If we are going to add a /bean we should also add /gnome where an armor stand dressed like the gnome pops up and says YOU’VE BEEN GNOMED!!!! love both ideas. How/who would get access to this command though? Also we’d have to make sure it can’t be used in volcano.
