Reasons for this include:
The map balances on the easy/medium difficulty scale a lot and seems more like a hard easy than an easy medium. Try to add a few more tough jumps to extend the difficulty somewhat.
The concept and theme is rather nice and I like the idea of the watermelons, however you only use one watermelon slice, a couple of seeds, etc, when it may work better if you use some more seeds, just to extend the jump count a bit, as it feels short.
The main water melon block needs a lot of design work as it feels like all the colour in the actual minecraft watermelon blocks is absent, such as the lack of the light green you see in the MC block. Just add some more details there.
