Missing Item

On Saturday, July 29th, I received a pickaxe from many hours of grinding the miner quest, only to have it missing today, Monday, July 31st. According to fellow members of the server, a crash occurred on the survival server- which certainly seems to be the cause of my missing pickaxe. But onto the point- I would like to ask a member of the staff if they would kindly give me back my dear pickaxe? Thank you for your time -XeroByDivide

I believe this could go in two different places in order for a staff member to see it quicker, Because here in the survival tab it won't get as many views compared to the other ones.

It's ok now I mean like that was last season and I just finished the questline but thank you for replying! I really appreciate it DD
