I seem to be missing sponsor rank, just purchased maybe 45 minutes ago, both on Creative and on Hub, as well as the forums, can anyone help me out?

Apologies for the late reply, i won Bacon's build comp on saturday and Lyn hasn't gotten around to ranking me up.
The prize was a rankup, im sure Bacon would confirm it
