Rejected My rank!!!

Today i voted and got like 150 gems and i had enough to rank up to Amateur from Rookie so i did i decied to go on the skyblock 3.0 server for a little bit and got gliched in a block and keept getting kicked for flying(i have a post for that on the skyblock 3.0 update thing srry if its the wrong place im new here) then i came back to the pk 2 server and i was rookie again D: plz help
